Sicily to host SuNEC 2012
After the successful 2011 edition, Sicily will host the Sun New Energy Conference again on September 4-6, 2012 (SuNEC 2012).
Mario Pagliaro, Director of Sicily's Photovoltaics Research Pole, and Palermo's University Vittorio Loddo will be the Conference Chairmen.
The conference will bring together young researchers and distinguished scientists working in solar energy science and technology. Eminent speakers include Utrechts' University Ruud Schropp, University of Namur's professor Bao-Lian Su and Seoul's University professor Kisuk Kang.
The programme features around 15 symposia, which will demonstrate the impact of the advances in solar energy science, highlighting exciting innovations in different fields of solar energy science and technology.
The conference venue in S. Flavia is an ideal place where to mix work and relax in a proper life balance spending 3 days in the splendid Sicily's climate of early September.
RSC Publishing Energy & Environmental Science -- whose 9.45 Impact Factor places it as the #1 ranked journal of 181 journals in its ISI subject category – is the conference official publication.
