*This
category includes undergraduate and graduate
students. A letter of endorsement of the supervisor is required.
Participant and student registration
includes:
- Admission to the oral and poster sessions
- Attendance of all conference side events
(exhibition)
- Book of Abstracts (conference kit)
- Welcome reception
- Coffee break
Accompanying person
It is not expected
that accompanying persons will attend scientific
sessions. Their registration fee includes the
social program
(welcome reception, excursion and social dinner),
and enables the accompanying person to take part in the coffe-break.
Please remember that accompanying persons
need to register at the registration desk.
Payment
All payments for the congress will be made in Euro.
Registration forms must be followed by appropriate remittance,
otherwise registration cannot be accepted. Payments should be made in
full and completed by bank transfer only
(wire transfer, free of charges for the recipient).

Important:
Please, in the bank transfer quote the Congress name (SuNEC), your
name or the Institution/Company name as your
reference, as this will enable us to identify the money when it is
received. A receipt will be forwarded after having received the
registration fee, as confirmation of registration.
On site payment (cash) is reserved only to delegates facing currency
issues in their country. This means that no on-site payments will be
accepted for delegates from any EU countries as well as for delegates
originating from most world's countries.
It is in any case not
possible to pay by credit card.
Please inform the conference Organizing Committee if you are eligible for on-site payment.
Registration of Delegates and Welcome Reception
Conference delegates are encouraged to register at the conference desk
already on September
3 since 15:00 am through 18:00 pm. The
registration desk is located at the entrance of the
Plenary Hall.
A Welcome Reception drink will be offered to conference delegates starting at 18:30 of September 3rd.
During all the conference days the registration desk
will open at 8:00 am and close at 13:00 when a welcome
reception will start.
Cancellation and Refunding
For cancellation before March 31, 2012,
80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after this date will
result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
This policy
equally applied to the conference delegate and sponsoring organizations.
